Opening-episode impressions · 5 sampled opinions, not a site-wide consensus.
Appreciated
Reviews of the first two episodes praise the drama of interlocking relationships, expressive faces, and forceful plot progression. Some also enjoy the reduced use of exaggerated chibi figures and the new ending sequence.
Reservations
Ending-song preferences differ, with another viewer still favoring last season's song. Beyond that, the selected sample offers no sufficiently specific criticism of this season's storytelling or animation and should not become a full-season verdict.
