Reviews, with context
Season impressions (selected reviewers at different stages) · 4 sampled opinions, not a site-wide consensus.
Appreciated
Some viewers find promise in the world rules behind the villager premise and its attempt to overturn familiar formulas.
Reservations
The plotting fails to turn the premise into satisfying payoffs. Slow progress, underdeveloped worldbuilding, and the ending also draw criticism.
