Appreciated
Sampled viewers focus on the neighbor girl's obsessive personality and the bustle created by competing factions. Character appeal provides a reason to continue.
Reservations
The same reviews question the unfocused main plot, slow storytelling, and animation. Some find distressing material and the treatment of victimized characters too cursory, undermining hopes for a relaxed watch.
